Reserve Pro is a subsidiary of Professional Building Inspections, Inc. The family owned company was started in 1990 to provide Building Code compliance services to municipal and rural governments. Professional Building Inspections is Saskatchewan’s largest privately owned/non-franchised building inspection company.

Since 1990, Professional Building Inspections (PBI) has grown and diversified its services to include Pre-Purchase Inspections, Technical Property Management, Commercial Building Inspections, Dispute Mediation and Reserve Fund Inspections/Consulting.

In 2004, PBI decided to take a leading role in providing “One Stop” comprehensive Reserve Fund Studies for Condo and Home Owner Associations.
